The 60-day Fitness Challenge!

I am Reyg Linao, 32, married. A year post partum, my waistline is 35.5 inches, weight is 116.4 lbs., fat mass is 32% which is not really ideal and I can't last a 15-minute treadmill run. I am tired of wearing the same clothes that hide my belly. I am tired of not breathing comfortably sucking my tummy in everytime I sit. It's been a year since I gave birth to my lovely daughter and some of my friends ask "Are you pregnant again?". Wow! I need to do something!
From this day on, I'll keep track of my daily food intakes and exercises. Log my weight/fat loss and let's see what happens in the next 60 days! Wish me luck!

  4. ^_^ opchors! May kilala ako may sinalihan pa nga sya contest last year. He lost 42 lbs! sayang 2nd lang sya. Oh well, para rin naman sa sarili natin ang mga 'to. kahit wala prize or whatever. We feel healthy, and GOOD pag sexy! haha at yun na yung prize natin^^ We can do it! Labyu!
